notes from my day
1. Right before lunch I found an enormous zit on my chin. It wasn’t there when I woke up this morning. This thing was so huge I iced it down.
2. I met up with C. for lunch. When we were heading back to my office we got some free lemonade on the street. Cool. But it wasn’t lemonade, it was Blueprint Cleanse: Water Lemon Cayenne Agave. I love cayenne pepper so I drank mine right down. It made my pee smell weird and now I have a headache. I’m trying to counteract these side effects with Diet Coke.
3. My coworker and I just spent 5 minutes laughing about “cheese sommeliers.” For one thing, sommelier? Linguistically it’s legit but let’s face it, everyone associates it with wine. We thought fromage butler would be better. No, not really. I have no idea if this was actually funny or if it’s just the kind of thing that’s funny on Thursday afternoon at 3:45.
